Refund policy

You have a 14-day window to cancel your order if you change your mind. To cancel, please email out team stating your reason for cancellation. Please remember, custom-sized beds or headboards cannot be refunded. Once the 14 days are up, we cannot accept any returns or cancellations.

All refunds should take 7-10 working days back to your account. 

For returns, please make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take accept return for used or assembled items. We will then organise a drop off point for you to return your product. 

We can only accept returns and cancellations for faulty or incorrect items.

If you cancel your order the day before dispatch, there will be an £85 cancellation fee. This covers admin costs for processing your cancellation and refund.
